Those of you who have enrolled patients into the trial have got accustomed to receiving a CRASH mug.  Some of you 
(Namur - Belgium, Brno - Czech Republic, Hope Hospital - UK) will have hundreds by now…

We are now looking to change the design and in doing so would like your opinion about how the new mug should look.

Placing your vote is easy.  Just go back to CRASH home page, click on Invitation and enter your name & the letter of your choice (A, B, C, D or E) in the Surname field.  Then click SEND and your vote will be registered.  Alternatively you can email or phone me at +44(0)20 7299 4742.  All votes have to be in by Sunday 1 July 2001.

All you need to do to receive the new mug in a few weeks time is enrol a patient into the trial - it’s that easy!  Don’t be shy, we look forward to hearing your preference & if you vote for the winning design you may be one of the lucky five to receive a prize - a mug!!
